Alan Watts was soooo tuned in to the world. I've never heard anyone explain the fabric of reality the way he has. The universe is blessed to have paid attention to this man while he was alive.. And luckily the "recorders/ documenters" kept these recordings. His books are excellent but as much as my mind tries to hear his passion, it never beats the audio.

Re: our universal difficulty with criticism - the therapeutic community (at least some of it) is trying to embrace a more solution-focused and less blaming way of working. One example would be, rather than calling you out as a white male (probably not your choice), to talk about times that you have really listened with an open mind and how welcome that was. Criticism can also come in the form of a suggestion of something to try or consider. I think your friend’s feedback was not helpful because it didn’t really give you something more you could do, and here you are really trying your best! Thanks for your work! Nancy

This was labeled as gateless gate by whoever I got it from. I have listened to this almost everytime i walk because it has been an mp3 i have had on all my devices. I never had data plan so i had to have files on devices. Its lovely to know exactly where it comes from.? What I took from this was that the universe eats itself-- and its better to flow with that and fertilize all death. Like bees gathering honey from tragedy.

Years ago when I was in college, I wanted to learn more about Siddhartha Gautama. I am very thankful for Jack Kornfield, he carried forward the teachings in a clear and simple way. A Path with Heart is still one of my favorite reads. I think it’s cool too that he is a twin.

Trust in the strength of Alan Watts words and message, that music or images aren't necessary. Anyone who would require either in order to hear Alan, wouldn't be able to hear him anyway.
